Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind and vintage items, all sales are final. While we may choose to replace or refund apparel deemed defective and/or damaged at our discretion, requests for replacement or refunds must be sent via email to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If you believe an item is lost in transit, please let us know immediately and we will file a claim with either UPS or USPS, which may require your personal statement. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement once the claim has been settled with the shipping contractor.
For international orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to receive a shipping quote to your location. If you made a purchase prior to quote, we will assume you have agreed to and accepted the additional shipping charge for international delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking information for economy shipping on international orders and, as a result, cannot be held liable should your item be lost in transit. When contacting us, please indicate if you would like to have your item shipped via traceable methods, which may substantially increase the shipping charge. Traceable methods typically ship via USPS International Priority or Express Mail.
